2019 Changes at Cypress Creek Hunting Lodge

As in all other aspects of life, things change with time.  Cypress Creek Hunting Lodge has managed for 20 years to provide a quality hunting experience for so many hunters and we intend to keep it the very same way in the future.

Recently, after viewing for the first time in years, other outfitters in our area and knowing what they have and provide at the prices they are charging, it’s without debate that our hunters are getting a far superior hunting experience when compared.  In most cases their rates for their hunts are $150.00 to $200.00+ higher than ours.  There is one or two that are less, but for good reason.  Don’t be fooled.

It’s very understandable that their rates are what they are at this time due to the rising cost to provide hunts.  In our case, the cost of our land leases have gone up higher than ever, in addition to the rising cost of fuels, corn, utilities, food, insurance, labor and the list goes on.

I think it goes without saying that for us to continue and hopefully improve our hunting experience now and in the future, we do have to increase our prices to try to keep up with the rising cost to operate.  The last time we increased our prices was 6 years ago in 2013.

Effective as of August 15, 2019, there will be a price increase that will still be less than other quality outfitters in our area.  If you have a hunt booked prior to August 15, 2019, your rates will not be increased.

Hopefully our treasured friends and guests will understand.  We will be working extremely hard to make your hunting experience at Cypress Creek Hunting Lodge as good or better in the future.
