New Changes for Cypress Creek Hunting Lodge
Cypress Creek Hunting Lodge has been blessed to have the opportunity to bring to all of our hunters and to the traditional bow hunters from passed years, “Wild Things Camp”, an opportunity that is second to none for wild boar hunting as well as deer hunting in South Carolina.
On August 19, 2017, Cypress Creek Hunting Lodge, me personally, and so many others, lost a very special man, Andrew Harper. Andrew meant so much to so many people that words just can not justify.
Andrew and I had spent countless hours discussing the business of Outfitting for hunters and at the same time maintaining the best conservation practices for the properties. It made us both better Outfitters.
Since Andrew’s passing, his family has offered the opportunity for Cypress Creek Hunting Lodge to continue and expand the deer and hog hunting opportunities at Wild Things Camp on this beautiful and pristine property. As we all know nothing ever stays the same, but we do plan to continue hog hunting with the traditional bow hunters every other week in January, February and March in the way that traditional bow hunters previously enjoyed.
For those of you that have hunted in the past with Charlie Johnson, rest assured he will be there guiding hunters and taking care of business in the same manner that he has done for so many years.
Gun hunting for deer and hogs will also be offered as well at times when traditional bow hunters are not in camp. Our goal at Cypress Creek Hunting Lodge is to maintain the utmost in hunting safety, hunting opportunities, and a great outdoor experience for all sportsman and sportswomen.
We hope that all of you will come to “Pursue the Experience” at Cypress Creek Hunting Lodge and Wild Things Camp.
